Ronald Mancini, M.D., is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. His clinical practice is limited to oculoplastic and cosmetic facial surgery.

In addition to fellowship training at UCLA in oculofacial surgery he completed further fellowship training in cosmetic facial surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Highlights of Dr. Mancini's Career

Dr. Mancini participates in the education of residents, fellows, and international fellows at UCLA. Dr. Mancini travels extensively lecturing nationally and internationally. He is involved in humanitarian work in Central America where he is part of a surgical team involved in repairing facial deformities in children.

The Doctor is an invited peer reviewer for numerous journals including Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery and Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Mancini’s research interests include: fat transfer and grafting techniques for which he is funded by the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation; small incision and minimally invasive facial surgical techniques; and face lift surgery techniques.

Dr. Mancini has published over 60 abstracts and peer reviewed publications, and he is the 2008 recipient of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Webster Paper Award.
